These statements should at the very least be sent by recorded delivery which is "signed for" by the recipient, or by courier; the packaging should also be far more robust to make it tamper proof.<br /><br />Seeing the terrible condition the envelope that Lenny Harper's statement arrived from the Royal Mail just made me feel sick inside.
