A year at the Helm.

2009 was a year that seen umpteen alleged child abusers escape facing a jury of their peers. It was also a year that saw history being made by protests being held, for the first time in eight hundred years, at the swearing in of the Balliff and Deputy Balliff.

A year that forced our most senior politician to flee the tyranny and oppression inflicted by our ruling elite. A year where retired DCO Lenny Harper “put the record straight” with an “exclusive” posting on a Blog rather than trusting our “accredited” media. A year where Gradwell was given a free reign by our “accredited” media to attack a fellow professional and expected us all to believe in tooth fairies.

Below is the first compilation of some the year’s events under the command of Captain Le Sueur, there will be more to come.

My thoughts and prayers are with all abuse survivors across the world and would like to remind our ruling elite and “accredited” media that Jersey’s Child abuse scandal, the illegal suspension of Chief Officer Graham Power, and all the other shenanigans that don’t make it in to the “accredited” media will be getting exposed by Bloggers……..Welcome to the 21st century!

Merry Christmas and a happy new year to one and all. 2010 promises to be an eventful year!

Carrie I believe some people are beyond forgiveness.

  1. Hi VFC

The intro to the video is a beauty sums it up really lol. Wait till we see who else jumps onboard HMS VERITA.

I hear pollard has the diesels all fired up and is just waiting for the guests.

    Keep up the great work

The fight for justice has only just begun

  2. The fight for justice is dead and buried, 2 years on and nowhere! I nominate you and rico for the most gormless goons of the year award! What a pair of sad losers! :-)

  3. Rico.

I only let the last comment through because I know you would
    p1ss yourself laughing.

He had submitted one earlier but it was full of unsubstatntiated allegations and true to form full of personal insults, he just won't learn.

Anyhow like I said I had to let that one through to give you a laugh......Shame we didn't put money on this one!

  4. Anonymous - the fight for justice wherever it may be, but especially in Jersey will NEVER be dead and buried.

People with courage and determination will make sure of that.

Better to be a gormless goon than a sick b*****d Jon. Methinks perhaps you are the loser. Takes one to know one and all that!

  7. Monty has certainly been the source of some good 'belly laugh' amusement this year! We sure do need some.

Rico/VFC you should be pleased to be likened to the Goons. From what little I remember of them they were very funny and a favourite of Prince Charles.

Likewise myself and Rico should feel very flattered that somebody is so impressed with us that they are using our names to post comments fraudulently on the JEP website!

VFC, I hope you can somehow include a reference to Stuart's latest posting in your Part 2 of the year's review. should finish it all off quite nicely!

  8. The goons, but is this a laughing matter? I cannot see anything changing in 2010 on this subject but stuart and graham both losing their jobs.

  9. Hi VFC

You are absolutely right, there are some things that cannot be forgiven and with Stuarts most recently post, I am absolutely shocked but no longer surprised as to what is being exposed!! How the hell can these people get away with this? All cases should be looked at again from people in authority outside of the island, this is just sick!!!

Have a good Christmas and thanks to both you and Rico for all that you are doing to keep this alive.

  10. Carrie.

Stuart's latest post is nothing short of scandalous and there should be a mass of resignations toot bloody sweet. But this is Jersey and it won't happen.

The reason Rico, myself, Thomas Wellard, Jill and many others keep all this alive is because we have no option.

We are good people with a concience how could we not keep it alive?

Hope you have a good a Christmas as you can and look forward to a turn in the tide in 2010.

VFC, what if you are wrong in believing it all?

    ReplyDelete
  12. What if I was wrong believing in it all?

Well nothing and I mean nothing would make me a happier man than to find out I was completeley wrong.

As things stand there is far too much evidence out there for it to be even remotely concievable that I could be wrong in "believing in it all".

  13. As things stand there is far too much evidence out there for it to be even remotely conceivable that I could be wrong in "believing in it all".

VFC there are more critics out there now because of a few repetitive things here. The authenticity of evidence never seems to be forthcoming. We only ever hear an opinion but never a concrete claim of complete bang to rights corruption case. We never see a charge made by an outside party but only a dismissive approach. We have also not seen any independent lawyers come forward so far with a confident claim in favour of a victims. If the evidence is so overwhelming then they would have nothing to lose with a no win no fee claim.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Anon.

Here is conrete, authentic, evidence http://voiceforprotest.blogspot.com/2009/12/time-to-cross-check-evidence.html

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hold on VFC, whether people believe Harper or Gradwell has no relevance, the claims from wherever they come from have to be proven in court.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I am not "believing Harper" I am believing the indisputable evidence he has published.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I have read it all but it only reads to me like he is defending his own actions. Him defending his actions and whether he is right or wrong does not help the victims. All the victims can do now is get independant lawyers to represent them and take out civil claims. Police fighting, and come on they are both from outside Jersey, helps nobody in this case.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Are you offering your assistance to the abuse victims?

    ReplyDelete
  19. I am not a lawyer but under the circumstances I would get legal aid and try and see one. These other 'methods' are getting nowhere are they?

    ReplyDelete
  20. You will have to use proper media to get justice for victims. Unregistered Forums/Blogs are no longer looked upon as credible for accuracy and thats why you and another couple of bloggers never get any attention from credible sources. Its just whispers.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Anonymous - are you trying to tell us then that the 'accredited' media are the only ones capable of reporting with accuracy, because if you are you are sadly misguided.
We only get part, if any of the true picture from the three media sources in Jersey. Citizens media and blogs give us the other side and a opposing viewpoint.

We are then able to decide for ourselves what we would choose to believe, and we are all entitled to our different opinions. This is why CM and blogs have become so popular, especially here in Jersey where we have been so used to being fed 'spin' and almost being brainwashed into believing all that is reported in the RAG is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. In essence nothing could be further from the truth.

As far as I am concerned CM and blogs are usually pretty well researched and are like a breath of fresh air in a very stagnant pond.

    ReplyDelete
  22. When are you people going to realise that Stuart is not in this for you. This is about him trying to gain revenge against those who he perceives have wronged him over the years.

He has brazenly grasped the child abuse matter as a means to further his own agenda for revenge for his own failings. A disadvantaged child (It was societies fault), a failed pupil (It was the schools fault), a failed politician (It was the States fault), a failed health minister (It was the Civil Servants fault) and now finally a failed Senator (It was the AG’s / Lawyers / Magistrates / Freemasons / Civil Servants / Other politicians / Polices fault).

All the problems he has are of his own making, and if you have been party to his promises of retribution, you will merely be first hand witnesses to his next failure.

Before you dismiss these views, you should know that I am an abuse survivor. Because of this, it sickens me to realise that others trust and faith have once again been abused by somebody they have come to trust, and that a really sickening part of 2008 and 2009’s events. I genuinely hope that 2010 brings you the outcome you are searching for, along with the insight to see where Stuart’s true allegiances lie.

What started out two years ago as a fight for justice for survivors has slowly transformed into a fight for justice for Stuart Syvret, and I for one have had enough of being used as a pawn in his games.

F&*k you Syvret. You are merely the latest in a long line of State Sponsored users and abusers.

    ReplyDelete
  23. "As far as I am concerned CM and blogs are usually pretty well researched and are like a breath of fresh air in a very stagnant pond".

If they are "so well researched" then why do the credited media say to me that they are nothing more than cheap slurs on people by a small minority?

If I had a story I could prove then I would sell it immediately.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Sell a story to the "accredited" media..........what in Jersey?

You can't even GIVE them a story, let alone sell them one, you're having a laugh aren't you?

Peraonally speaking, I am not Blogging for financial gain. I'm doing it (reluctantly) because this cess pit of festering shite that is our Civil Service, "judicial" system and COM need to be exposed and the "accredited" media just refuse to do it.

Take a look at how many Blogsites there are in Jersey and compare that with the rest of the Channel Islands and the IOM.

If our "accredited" media were doing there job, i'm sure there would be a lot less Bloggers.

    "Sell" a story???? pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaaasssssssssssse!

I work for the civil service and your blog and mainly syvret's has already been discussed and concluded as inaccurate, sensational and personal. That is why I challenge you and other bloggers to stop using blogs and use something more powerful such as national TV. You are entitled to your freedom of speech but using blogspot is a weakness I am afraid and people can only conclude the information on blogspot is not the truth and the whole truth!

"Take a look at how many Blogsites there are in Jersey and compare that with the rest of the Channel Islands and the IOM".

They are blogsites all run by friends within the same group. You only have to look at the followers of each one to work that one out and they all repeat similar whispers!

It might be convenient for some people to believe that, but I can assure you it's not and I'm sure theres a lot of people who feel the same as me.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Actually, I think you should be very optimistic that the new year will bring a greater level of recognition to Jersey's fight for transparent justice.

Overseas, where there are almost no preconcieved opinions based upon personal ties to Jersey society or it's wooden class distinctions, Stuart is championed by more and more students as a heroic example.

I asked Stuart once whether he knew of anyone outside Jersey, at least anyone unconnected to the finance industry or local political establishment, who believed Jersey's political strucure was not corrupt, and he said, "no."

The outside world is going to be truly aghast as this full story unfolds, and Jersey should be prepared for it to be exposed soon enough.

The mainstream press in Jersey is already a focus of study in Canada and USA, comparing the influence of the Fourth Estate on various national systems.

The overwhelming consensus over here is that traditional reporting on Stuart Syvret - in particular - is nothing but venomously personal and utterly dismissive of facts already in evidence.

If the evidence of official cover-ups and press complicity is what it already appears to be, the blogs and alternative media in Jersey will look quite good by comparison.

Once again, someone who seems to think that the victims are all 'in it for the money' and you seem to have overlooked that some victims have been offered money from the states all nicely wrapped up in gagging orders. How about an admission that abuse happened and a sincere apology from the states....
oh hang on now I'm living in cuckoo land!

You have to observe both sides and nobody 'wants it to be the case' except the pedophiles themselves but sympathy has to be handed to the people at the Attorney Generals office who have tried to get enough evidence together but couldn't. The Bailiff has also done an excellent job during the period, but people on here can't see that.

If that is so , how do you explain the fact that employees from the A Gs office talked about , in certain circles. THEY WANT TO BURY IT!(The witness statements)
Come on who are you trying to kid, there is more than enough evidence in place to charge.
After the revelations on Senator Syrets blog, I think all cases should be looked at again and not by
    7 Bedford row.

I would also like to add to the post above, why do you categorise us all ON HERE! As having the same opinion. I would like to think I have freedom of expression on this sight, unlike our only local newspaper who only like or should I say allow comment through that is oligarchy friendly .

What you are witnessing are the beginnings of a NWO ...the EU is the first phase of a bigger plan.
We are at a point in time where people who are recognising the beginnings of such an agenda will be made to sound like freaks, oddballs, cranks by the all controlling media masters.

The media has been able to shoot down anyone deviating from there course using the almighty propaganda machine.
however they are losing that power of control through the internet and are scared stiff....this Mccann case is one of many that is demonstrating that.
No longer can the media feed you lies that cannot be checked out, The Digital age has it stands today is becoming a threat for the people who want to control us.

Has anyone noticed how people are scared to believe in the ideas of conspiracy ...WHY? History is full of it....it really should be nothing taboo..it should be understood that idealogy is inherent in humans and that since time begun people have fought to progress theirs.

I honestly believe that already there are plans soon to be actioned in regards to the Internet, they cannot shape the agenda by printing articles of propaganda in the newspapers or through broadcasts on the tv/radio which then in turn allow them to shape the public of that country.
Murdoch will be a driving force on its restrictions ..watch this space. He can see his grip is weakening!
Newspapers groups and media have lost a huge power, they still have the upperhand were joe public is concerned but slowly even that is diluting at a rapid rate.
Take for example the internet campaign that has recently taken place for the Christmas No1 in the UK.
Simon Cowell who is looked on as the puppeteer of the pop music world in the UK grooming and shaping the future of pop has just been beaten by a couple of normal everyday internet users who waged a campaign to fight back.

People are noticing whats going on in many areas of there everyday life and are beginning to fight back ..it proves that when we all band together you can bring down these preceived powerful monoplies. They are trying to give a perception they are the democratic majority when it is bloody clear they are not.

Yes minorities who know how to use the tool of PR are painting lies which to your average joe public looks like they carry more weight than they actually do!
( This simple chart victory symbolised alot more than just showing a fight for a christmas no1 ...infact to be honest it has nothing to do with the music).
What it will have done is created panic amongst the puppeteers who realise that the strings of control are becoming severed, frayed and eventually the puppets will dance to their own tunes.
So watch and prepare in 2010 for the attack on the freedom of the internet, it will happen!
We has people of the world have to band together and prevent this at all costs, it will be the last stand.

Anyway i hope thats not to heavy ...i believe with great conviction what i have said, and will stand by it.

I wish everybody a great christmas ...laughter fun and great cheer.

  36. All this disparaging talk about "Unregistered forums/blogs"is incredibly silly. They are nothing more or less than additional outlets for free speech, and they aren't going away.

Just a couple of generations ago, plenty of old geezers said the same of that "newfangled" television news. Before that, radio was criticized because it was not a traditional format for journalistic credibility.

Who cares what format news or topical opinion comes in?

Today, some of the least accountable media in the world could be found within the mainstream, particularly in those notorious outlets such as FOX News, owned by Rupert Murdoch of News Corp. When Murdoch's reporting is wrong, as it all too often is, there can be globally devastating consequences.

Another internationally discredited mainstream newspaper reporter, whom I will not name here, wrote a PR puff piece practically exhonorating child abusers and government cover-up artists in Jersey. That widely criticized piece was published in a UK mainstream newspaper not long after that same reporter was publicly shamed by his journalist peers into issuing a public appology for his false reporting in the National media on false WMD claims in Iraq. He remains commonly cited in articles as an example of improper journalistic ethics.

There is certainly no possibility that the Jersey daily newspaper could be regarded as factually accurate by anyone not from Jersey. That should be apparent even to locals who agree with the transparently obvious editorial slant regarding Senator Stuart Syvret, retired Lead Det. Lenny Harper, and much of the historic child abuse inquiry in general.

The attempt to mislead on the abuse story by ommitting so many contrary facts already in published evidence, is enough to make the Jersey newspaper articles useful as an unintentionally hilarious Journalism 101 teaching tool.

Contrast that "accredited" Jersey newspaper with one international award winning political blog. America's "Talking Points Memo" exposed numerous illegal excesses and scandals within the Bush administration's Justice Department. Many analysts believe their intrepid reporting may have influenced the mid-term election cycle which followed.

Of course, those investigative news scoops could have been broken anywhere, but they just happened to be first published on the web.

Today, journalism schools teach that internet media is the future for news reporting.

  37. That was a nice read V.F.C and we know the truth. Tickles me that the non-believer's think its all pie in the sky, we know the truth of what goes on here. We have been there, and done it.

I would love to have put some of these whinger's in my shoes whilst being beaten by the police on many occasions, for nothing. Then they could stumble through the court process armed with damning evidence against the police, and have a corrupt Jersey Judge tell you that your evidence does not count in Jersey.

Or perhaps invited them to do my sentence and serve 27 months in jail for a crime that I did not commit, but was found guilty of because the police rewrote statements and the judicial Greffe of the Royal Court, doctored my trial tapes before they were sent to England for transcription !!!

Or perhaps they might just prefer to be assaulted or sodomized by States employee's ?

When you have been through it, come and tell us about it. If not, just SHUT IT !!! IDIOTS

  38. 7 Bedrow Row?

People have not even had any chance to respond to these allegations yet you have just proven by your post that you have already made your mind up following the unproven view points of a single person.

So thanks for showing the mentality yet again of the people who come on here and it just proves to me as to why you represent such a small percentage of Jersey people.

I also bet the moderator of this blog will be reluctant to post this comment as he is well known as a syvret follower through his daily comments on syvret’s blog yet he tries to claim citizen‘s media is unbiased.

The facts of the matter are is that there is only one person who is on the run with an arrest order for breaking laws and the majority of the Jersey public are disgusted not only by his attitude but total lack of professionalism which is expected from a Senator.

So 7 Bedrow Row is highly probably, in fact I would put large sums of money on it, another load of rambling nonsense which is yet another nail in the coffin for the real victims of abuse.

I say this because I know victims who are fed up with people who have used their plight for cheap political point scoring like the hand full of contributors on blogs such as this one.

    ReplyDelete
  39. They will not respond to his accusations about anything anymore, they ignore him on purpose because they say he is only desperately seeking attention. I have heard the same from States members and certain members of the media. (More or less all the people he has insulted to date I guess if you wanna go deeper).

So far in all your post Mr Anon, you have failed to convince me that what VFC or Stuart print is false. You think I'm alone? You think that everyone who reads these blog spots post a response?
