Blog TV.

Today (Sunday 15th April 2012) saw the launch of the "Team Voice" television/video channel. Team Member RICO SORDA presented the first LIVE (trial) broadcast in a 6 minute video (below).

This is the beginning of a new era in reaching out to a wider audience and our use of this media is still in its experimental stages. As we progress we intend on inviting guests to the "show" and hope it will become a regular broadcast.

  6. Excellent! Heartfelt and descriptive of your Team's very humane purpose. This introductory interview should be forwarded to all interested parties outside the Island as well as those in Jersey who are new to the hard evidence Team Voice and Stuart have made public on the blogs.

  7. Fantastic Voice ,
You are now up in the ranks with Eco Daisy and all the other weirdos out there.
    I think you've scored a home goal

Posting on U tube was great but this T.V is rubbish, sorry to shatter your allusions .

  10. The illusions of democracy in Jersey are being shattered by Jersey's only true investigative journalists, those of the independent on-line media.

  11. Allusions? Did the troll try to "allude" to something?

  12. Why oh why is there no constructive debate on this site , it's either my way or the high way.

  13. Nice one VFC. I thought CTV reporting could not get any worse and it has.

They tell us they bring us the stories, they don't. They tell us that in-depth reports are for the people they are not, they support the establishment, and are usually one sided.

CTV forgot what professional TV reporting was a long time ago.

So well done VFC you are full filling a TV waste land, the best of luck and well done.

    Boatyboy.

  14. What about an interview with everyone's least favourite troll? You could always let him wear a bag over his head so as not to frighten any children watching? Be just like old times - whizzed away from the Court under that blanket.

  15. Well done guys, I hope this takes off!! Perhaps you could do the occasional phone in once you are established. I would be more than happy to buy you a pay as you go phone solely for this purpose. Obviously, the callers would have to be censored and a system would need to be put in place, but all that can be sorted once you are up and running properly.

  16. Just managed to look at this new aspect of blogging and I have to say well done Rico and VFC.

Two genuine, sincere guys who have done, and continue to do, so very much showing the honest, ordinary people of Jersey exactly what sort of 'regime' they are living under. The passion and determination to expose the child abuse cover-up has been second to none, and now we (or do we? as a deafening silence has descended on this issue)move on to the Committee of Inquiry I would imagine the good work will continue WHEN we know what the ToR will be. Of course they must be robust.

Keep up the sterling work and respect to you both.

  18. Thanks for the comments, including the private "sunny" one of which we will take onboard.

We have a number of guests lined up, who have agreed to be interviewed live so we are looking forward to that.

Rico is considering broadcasting a news bulletin this coming Friday which will be our next broadcast should it go ahead.

Naturally we will keep our readers updated.

A constructive debate on the facts would be most desirable. The problem is that almost every commenter critical of what Voice reports is mindlessly critical without any evidenced basis. What is lacking on all the Jersey blogs is evidence that conflicts with what is reported here, and that (evidence) means something more than name calling or insults.

What evidence have we seen that Voice is in error? Tooth fairies, and discredited allegations of coconuts are not providing constructive debate.

The onus is on those critical commenters who have evidenced facts to contribute. Please do. I think Team Voice is well identified with the demand that all the facts are laid out publicly. The challenge with those of you who criticize this and other well evidenced blogs, is that you seem to also be opposed to the thorough and truly independent investigation of child abuse.

  20. VFC in light of the recent scrutiny meeting which looked into the circumstances surrounding Bill Ogley's golden handshake you and your readers might be pleased to read probably the most helpful commentary published online to date.

  26. Ha ha ha ,
    Your having a laugh?

Watched the Bog T V , it's full of weirdos, have you actually looked at the type of strange individuals that are on there trying to get a few seconds worth of air time.

  27. Have you read, watched or listened to the tripe churned out by our State Media? The stuff on Blog TV is far superior to that! So no doubt you'll not be tuning in to our next live broadcast this coming Sunday 22nd April at 6PM?

  28. Neal, although your Jersey/North Korea link can seem far-fetched there is a link for at least one scoundrel. Check out http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2132389/Undertaker-Kevin-Leech-dotcom-billionaire-vanishes-North-Korea.html

Blog TV is what the viewer makes of it. If you wish to watch "weirdos" that will be your experience of the site.

The same as if you wish to read a dirty magazine you'll buy it from the same newsagent which sells the Financial Times.

What other people do on Blog TV is of no relevance to how Rico and VFC may choose to use it, and in no way impacts upon their integrity.

What Blog TV does is give Rico and VFC the potential to spread their message globally like never before, and interact directly with the public when doing so.

That's why it worries some people.
